Delivery

We offer free delivery to mainland UK. Please contact us if you would like your delivery to any other destination.

We deliver as standard to destinations within England, Wales and most of Scotland. Upon request, we can deliver to mainland Europe and other destination - please contact us to find out more.

All orders are dispatched on business days only, from our UK warehouse.

Customers in the UK mainland can expect to receive orders within 1-2 business days after we receive your order.

Occasionally, this may take longer and we'll notify you within 24 hours.

For all other orders beyond our standard delivery locations, simply contact us to discuss your delivery timeline.

Ordering

Depending on the status of your order, we may not be able to cancel it.

In order to better assist with your request, we recommend getting in touch via our contact us form.

If we are unable to cancel your order, we will walk you through our easy returns process.

Once your order is dispatched, we’ll notify you via email and include a tracking link.

You can also find it by going to your order confirmation page and clicking the ‘View Your Order‘ button in the dispatch email you received.

We think you will love BoldGorilla, but if for any reason you'd like to return your purchase, we will provide a full refund when you return the mat to us within 30 days of placing your order. Simply contact us to request your returns label.

Payment

We accept payments by PayPal, Visa, Mastercard and American Express.

If you have received a BoldGorilla voucher, you can apply your code on the payment page during checkout.

Returns

Please allow 2-4 business days for us to process your returned orders, once it has been received.

We’ll send you an email once we have received your return and processed the refund. Depending on your payment method, you may need to allow up to 10 working days for your refund to appear on your statement.

We are confident you will love your purchase. So much so, we are backing every purchase with our BoldGorilla 30 day free trial. This means you can return your order for any reason within your first 30 days.

For any item that is returned, we will issue a full refund when we receive the item within 30 days of purchase.

All we ask is that the goods are returned to us in reasonable condition. This means that the item must not be damaged and is returned in suitable packaging. If any products have been damaged we will contact you to discuss your return.
